Affected

Affected, is the first piece being prepared by Claire Croize's group. It will consist of three solos for three dancers:  Varinia Canto Vila, Mariana Garzón García and Claire Godsmark. In Barcelona, they will present the solo created for and with Mariana.

The starting point and inspiration for this work is the photography of American artist Francesca Woodman.

This project is produced by wp Zimmer, and co-produced by Stuk (Leuven) and Arcadi (Paris). Affected will premier on the 11th and 12th of October 2006 at Stuk (Leuven), and will also be shown in the Amperdans festival (Antwerp) and at Vooruit (Gent).
